C:\Windows\system32> I have tried this with uninstalling my norton, turning off windows firewall, and directly connecting to my cable modem via ethernet cord. Any ideas?

Looks to me like a problem with your router, unless you're logged on at Google HQ :P I assume you have no internet connection?Mike Oke MCTS, MCITP (Windows 7)
